At The Hangout by Crinacle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included and shows no signs of physical wear or damage.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your electronics and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box before sending it to our designated center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
